Daisy Buchanan’s, or Daisy’s as it is better known, has been a local watering hole and Back Bay institution since it was first opened in September 1970.  Daisy’s originally occupied only the front room and did not grow to its current layout until the upstairs restaurant Ciao bella was built in 1985 by the same owner.  Daisy’s has tasty pub food and great drinks served from 11:30 AM – 9 PM with a happy hour menu offered from 3:30 to 7 PM.  At night, Daisy’s transforms into a popular spot for people of all ages open until 2 AM.  Daisy’s is known for a mix of regulars, college students, younger and older professionals, local residents and everything in between.  The staff is friendly and professional and always catering to make sure everyone has an enjoyable and fun time.  Currently, Daisy’s is expanding into an adjoining building and will have another bar, new bathrooms, and more room for patrons to enjoy.  Stop by and check it out or give us a call at 617-247-8516 to get some info or book a party. “Where anything can happen.”

The picture dates back to 1973 when Daisy’s was in its infancy.  The couple above are Pete and Rose, regulars and local residents at the time.  They were always known to be a good time and mingled with whomever was around.  Because of their great attitudes, fun loving spirit, and somewhat unlikely appearance, the phrase, “Where anything can happen” was coined and has since been forever synonymous with Daisy’s.
